WE BORE MATCH ALWAYS!!!!!

Machining tolerances will vary from piston to piston so every piston is measured and its assigned bore is clearanced to that dimension.

WE ALSO OFFER ATV CYLINDER AND HEAD WORK

WE DO ATV HEADS AND CYL. BORING

WE GUARANTEE OUR VALVES SEAL.

Every valve job is vacuum tested  before it leaves the shop.

2-STROKE PORT CHAMFERING

4-STROKE EXHAUST FLANGE REPAIR

250.00 depending on severity

This service is repairing the exhaust flange on the bottom of your 4-stroke engine block,not all blocks can be repaired,prior to sending your block to us you must first send pics of the area to be repaired to (chris@yamahaoutboardsolutions.com)

EXHAUST FLANGE REPAIR WITH CERAMIC COATING
